I’m in this photo — the guy in the checkered shirt 😄 I came to Builder Station Warsaw as a non-technical founder with an idea, a pitch deck and almost no sleep. I left with a working @CoachFiAI demo, an ElevenLabs Track distinction, 6 months of ElevenLabs Scale Tier worth a lot to my project… and a new identity: vibe coder. CoachFi started as an idea: an AI financial education coach helping people learn saving, budgeting and investing in a simple, human and accessible way. During these 9 days, with Claude, Codex and AI tools, I watched something that existed only in my head become a real product. The final deadline was June 12, 2026 at 8:59 AM. I left the office at 8:30 AM. No stress. Just focus. Calm. And insane dopamine from building. The @solana layer gives CoachFi a fast and practical foundation for education progress, certification, NFT proof of achievement and future token utility. Huge respect and thank you to @SuperteamPOL, @colosseum, @solana, @ElevenLabs, Michał Wojtala, Mateusz and the whole builder community. Food, drinks, workspace, chill room with PS5, and most importantly — people who actually build. This wasn’t just a hackathon. It felt like entering a real builder community. Another amazing Demo Day in Belgrade is behind us. This one proved that @Solana took over the Balkan region. -- 30 teams pitched (many new + cracked ideas) -- 100+ guests IRL + 2.3k views on a 5-hour X live -- more late nights than ever, but we truly enjoyed all of them Special shoutout to our judges: - @vidor_solflare from @solflare  - @0xstajus from @v3v_ventures  - @MarkoH_sol from @LucidDrakes  - @instantfinality from @buildonparasol  They did lord's work and stayed hours after the winners were announced, giving endless feedback to every team. Huge congrats to everyone who joined us this hackathon season, we wish you godspeed dear frens.  @Superteam is a cheat code.

Last year, during the hackathon, I was on the other side building @cloak_ag , which later got accelerated by @colosseum. This time at The Garage, the @SuperteamBR build station during Colosseum Frontier, I had the opportunity to contribute alongside extremely dedicated teams, exchange ideas with talented builders, and also join the Demo Day as one of the judges. Really cool to see the ecosystem come full circle like this.
