The AM class went on a Gingerbread Friend hunt today! Those sneaky cookies ran away when we were in Library. Good thing they left us clues that took us to our favourite places in the school! @rvsed @PrairieWaters

The PM class played a fun fall themed music game this afternoon! After reading “The Leaf Thief”, we played a singing game where the red leaf goes for a wander…🍁

@Ms_LyndsayC @cpocksyyc @FiresideRVS We read it in kinder last year and all the kids loved it! Had to break some parts down for them, and stop to explain things, but they loved Roz and all the animals!

@cpocksyyc @FiresideRVS Would you recommend this for grade 1 also? I haven’t read it before but it’s definitely on my list.

One of my former students S.H, who is now in grade 8 (!) painted me this absolute masterpiece over the weekend. Hung it up in my house so I can see it everyday ❤️

@homesweetyeg The ENTIRETY of Superstore has been a major player in my pandemic viewing. Perfect balance of light/smart. I was so sad when it was over. Hmmm... maybe New Girl will fill the void...?

Watched my first episode of Superstore last night. While I don’t think it will ever fill the sitcom hole from New Girl, it did make me giggle. Who couldn’t find something to laugh at in a Walmart parody?

Today we did a Zoom scavenger hunt around our homes! Many toys and pets made an appearance! @PrairieWaters #rvsed

I’ve been away all week recovering from surgery, but am feeling much better after a delivery of these flowers from all the Kinders! I miss them SO much but am excited to see all their faces on Zoom next week 🥰
