Olympic champion @masai_russell and Tia Jones stormed up the 100m hurdles all-time list by achieving the second- and third-fastest performances in history at the @GrandSlamTrack meeting in Miami on Friday.

Just 6 of the 25 high schools all-time have won Montgomery County titles in boys cross country, boys indoor track, and boys outdoor track. Northwest, Walter Johnson, Winston Churchill, Gaithersburg, Quince Orchard, and now Blair.

Helen Maroulis, who ran one season of cross country at Magruder High School, took bronze in the Women's Freestyle 57kg (wrestling). It was her third olympic medal.

Quincy Wilson, world-famous celebrity, made his Olympic debut as the youngest USA male track athlete in history. He helped the mens 4x400m relay into the finals. Masai Russell, formerly of Bullis, had the 4th fastest time in the 100m hurdles semi-final. Finals are 1:35p EST Sat.
