I did an entire year where I did not eat anything that had animal products, sugar, fat or oil of any description whatsoever. Not one iota. !00% whole food plant-based. Never been so fit and energetic. At 60 I had the blood pressure of a 21yr old, body fat at 10%, great blood glucose control. But the fall was spectacular and ongoing haha.

In 4 more days, I’ll have gone 1 entire year w/o chocolate, bread, or pasta.
Chicken, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, avocados, blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, protein powder, & hearts of palm have completely transformed my life for the better.

EQ was a term arbitrarily constructed to sell a book and make us ordinary people feel better about ourselves. It's woke bollocks really. Intelligence relates to the vision of problem solving and the mental like and not anything else. Lots of people have been duped by this because some have constructed the idea well, but it does not stand up to any real scrutiny. No more that if I decided that Brad Pitt has very intelligent looks or those that survived covid had more intelligent immune systems.
