A complaint with the @FCC was absolutely filed as of 2-5-24. Because…NO. We need answers.

Our issue is still not fixed. We have no answers as to what happened as it was never explained. We were told they’re undergoing an update and are unsure of why the outage occurred, or when it would fixed. We are still waiting to see if our original numbers can be restored.

Outage Today? But honestly—this has been the case for us since Feb. 2nd. We have been getting the “SOS Only” message for 20 Days. We have temporary numbers now & switched from AT&T to T-Mobile…but we can’t get our old numbers back until they “work to fix the problem😑.
