You guys are probably gonna share a different opinion but hear me out.
I honestly think if you are getting married you should factor in your budget for outfits the brides maid and groomsmen.
Asking for people to spend money on outfits that they are most likely to wear only once and never wear again seems unfair, unless of course they offer to pay for those themselves which is something i’d do myself if i am asked to be a groomsman.
