I sigh and await 7:30 am, when hundreds of Turlock's MediCal patients will compete for handful of eye exams next month for MediCal patients. I can't find any PT provider to take another patient's insurance, which BTW also denied her diabetic test strips. This is crazy.

I have two folks with health issues and have navigated private, employer, public insurances. Coding errors, Rx refusals, delays, billing snafu - no sane person would design this and no sick person can deal with it. CA has a chance to do it right #AB1400
