My God @FastCompany has to be the worst online newsletter site ever! Do not sign up with any of their daily updates etc. You will spend the next years as I have, unsubscribing from all only to have the newsletters (and new ones!) reappear weeks or months later. Boo!

“Fail to prepare and you’re preparing to fail” (Benjamin Franklin) An awful lot of preparation clearly went into the Starmer-Trump meetings and it frankly could not have gone much better from a U.K. perspective. There will be a lot of devil in detail when it comes to how all the issues they discussed will be resolved but given how difficult and challenging that could have been, KS team will rightly be pleased. He got the balance between wanting to please and wanting to be clear about his own position right (tho I would have liked a less neutral response on 🇨🇦) But the people who will be disappointed tonight are those on the right who were so sure it would go wrong. And looking at Musk Twitter feed I wonder if he was told to keep his thoughts on 🇬🇧 to himself today.
