If you play on super helldive against the automatons or the illuminate, there is nothing to shoot at anymore, especially after this change. Everything dies so fast, 30 minutes of the round timer is just jogging to objectives

@V1NZzzzz @Helldivers_NOW Really? I never saw more than 3 at times, and I had not seen any after cyberstan invasion, except one on super helldive in Wernen Wells. That died pretty quickly to recoilless from a teammate if I remember correctly. I just don’t see a reason to gut it anymore since it is so weak

@Narkct12 @Helldivers_NOW They didn't gut shit what are you talking about lol Vox engine had insane spawn rates in 'stan and 1-2 alive were already a problem, imagine dealing with 5 while defending a flag Not to mention the horrendous rebalance of the bugs's armor which they had to revert

@Helldivers_NOW Its like endangered big game now, factory striders and vox engines will exist for 2 seconds until someone with a recoilless rifle immediatly takes them down. Seeing them live, in a super helldive match becomes a rare and exciting moment, like seeing rhinos in the savannah

@Helldivers_NOW I hate when the enemy encounter is finally about to start and my mofo teammates shoot the bug before they call them in. Its a shooter game we won’t have enemies to shoot at now

@Ceaseless_boid I think its already a marvel of game design that they managed to create polished enough hit boxes and collision detection to have angled fire and ricochet rounds be a thing. Most game developers would just slap square hitboxes on the tank and call it a day.

Helldivers players when they discover that tanks irl also can ricochet a projectile (they need to nerf that)
