Seen the timeline gushing over this new anime called Sentenced To Be A Hero, so I gave it a shot. It’s easily one of the best first episodes I’ve seen in a while. It’s actually PEAK. It’s an hr long episode that establishes the world & its characters with fantastic pacing, S tier art, engaging voice acting, drama, politics and top tier action. It hit on all cylinders for me. I really don’t have anything to complain about so far. It’s only one episode, but I’m def locked in to see if they can stick the landing for a full season 👍🏾

@Marakath @TNCarly_ I feel bad for people who think the older ones are objectively better in any way. Literally the only possible thing you could even remotely argue is "objectively" better is the art style, which has a much clearer art direction. Elden Ring takes a lot less liberties artistically.

@AshenOne LoTF2 is gonna be the only one worth buying day one here, potentially, if the devs keep their promise to learn frkm the first game. Nioh 3 will probably be amazing, but it'll suck performance wise on launch, on pc anyways. Even Mortal shell 2, idk.. it'll be neat, not great.

@Cellexion @KaiKai2492 There's this game made by a single guy, called Voin. It has such a clear art direction that even though the graphics are incredibly retro, it looks phenomenal. I wouldn't even call it stylized, the dude just made something that would have been mindblowing 20 years ago

@JJunkWarrior I'm THE souls fan, FromSoft literally stole my username for EldenRing, and my opinion is that souls games suck. That's why i like them. Other people though.. they genuinely think these games are flawless masterpieces... like no, the flaws are what make it unique

@Jbowho123 @tyminski_marek CI games, took LOTF, which DID launch in a very poor/mid state, to be one of, if not THE BEST, soulslike game out there. They gave us randomizers built in, they gave us boss rushes built in, they literally added the most used mods from dark souls, INTO the game. ITs awesome
