Yesterday we won WCSSAA Field Hockey gold! Great job to everyone on the field, it was a close 2-1 final but the Knights pulled through! #rollknights Now off to Binghamton, New York with the UTM Bandits for the New York State College Softball Showcase Tournament this weekend.

Gold medal at WCSSAA tennis with my doubles partner Marielle! Grateful for the opportunity to compete and keep growing as an athlete even when I'm not on the ball diamond.

Hit a NEW PB of 63 MPH at pitching practice on Saturday! Making lots of progress working with the new pitching coach. This month we've been working on improving some mechanics in my pitching motion and it is leading to positive change!
