@NavyFederalHelp We have already been in contact with that number since Monday. We contacted the bank within hrs of the unauthorized transfer. Took 4 days to get new accounts created after being told it would be “next day”. No confirmation on reaching out to the unauthorized transfer bank.

@NavyFederal @NavyFederalHelp Requesting help on why you all are not helping a family member quick enough who reported an unauthorized transfer from their account. Multiple promises that were made over the phone either haven’t happened or were significantly delayed.

@NavyFederalHelp Please identify a Federal Credit Union Regulation and also explain to your RETIRED VETERANS why you limit a $5k daily ACH money transfer of my dollars from a matured NFCU CD currently sitting in my NFCU checking account. My money has been on deposit with you for YEARS, my CD recently matured.Your team stated that the full amount would be transmitted in $5k increments until my full transfer request was completed. Your Retired Veterans live on a fixed income and I now have to drive approx one hour to pick up a Cashiers Check because of YOUR internal limit.

@NavyFederalHelp I was just using the app. I noticed that when I wanted to use the filter to see only credits to my CC account, there is no Apply button to set the filter. I can apply a filter for Amount and Date but not Type. Thanks.

@NavyFederal @NavyFederalHelp When you go into Navy Federal for help from a representative BEWARE BEWARE the Rep “helping” U may not know what there doing! Example every time I visited they required I show my license. They needed copy of it to resolve my issue but didn’t do it!
