Hey @USAA, I've been trying to open an estate account for over a month now. Every time I call, I'm told there's a persistent 'technical error' preventing creation. I'm a veteran seriously considering transferring all my banking to USAA, but these delays are making me reconsider. @NavyFederal @NavyFederalHelp has also been unable to set up an estate account for me and hasn't transferred two additional accounts I'm a beneficiary on (no probate/estate required). This has been incredibly frustrating during an already tough time. Can someone from your team please DM me to help escalate and resolve? Appreciate any guidance—thanks for supporting veterans.

I’ve disputed this 3 times and provide that the RENTAL WAS never picked up. I’m not understanding what more do you all need I never received services…

Our local @NavyFederal branch is “temporarily closed!” At least 10 people walked up to the door to take care of business while I was trying to figure out WTF was going on! No notification, no text, no email, no snail mail! I was warned and didn’t listen! Be aware and prepare!
