धार स्थित भोजशाला में पूजा करने की अनुमति मिलने से दिल्ली स्थित कुतुब मीनार परिसर में भी पूजा की अनुमति मिलने की हिंदू संगठनों को जगी उम्मीद। संगठनों का प्रतिनिधि मंडल यूनाइटेड हिंदू फ्रंट के बैनर तले भोजशाला मामले में हिंदुओं की ओर से मुकदमा लड़ने वाले वरिष्ठ वकील विष्णु शंकर जैन से मुलाकात कर सलाह लेने जा रहा है। इससे पहले साकेत कोर्ट ने कुतुब मीनार परिसर में पूजा की अनुमति नहीं दी थी। बताया जाता है कि कुतुब मीनार परिसर में स्थित लोह स्तंभ राजा अनंगपाल द्वारा बनाए गए विष्णु मंदिर में स्थापित था। इसे विष्णु स्तंभ कहा जाता है। स्तंभ के पास ही वह विवादित ढांचा भी मौजूद है जिसे 27 हिंदू और जैन मंदिरों को तोड़कर बनाया गया। इसे कुव्वत-उल -इस्लाम मस्जिद नाम दिया गया है। इस ढांचे में आज भी हिंदू देवी-देवताओं की खंडित मूर्तियां मौजूद हैं। मस्जिद के गेट पर ही वह शिलालेख मौजूद है जिस पर यह लिखा हुआ है कि इसे 27 जैन और हिंदू मंदिरों को तोड़कर इस मस्जिद को बनाया गया था। मस्जिद में कई स्थानों पर मूर्तियां दीवारों में लगी हुई है कुछ स्थानों पर रखी हुई हैं। कहीं भगवान विष्णु की मूर्ति है तो कहीं माता पार्वती गणेश जी को गोद में लिए हुए हैं। इसी तरह ढांचे के पीछे की तरफ गणेश जी की मूर्ति अनादर करने की नीयम से दीवार के निचले भाग में लगी है, इसे एएसआई से कांच के बाक्स से ढंक जरूर दिया है, मगर मूर्ति और कांच के बाक्स काे महीनों से साफ नहीं किया गया है। पर्यटक जब इन्हें देखते हैं तो उनकी भावनाएं आहत होती हैं। कई सबूत दे रहे अहम गवाही कुतुबमीनार से कुछ दूरी पर मस्जिद परिसर में भगवान विष्णु का लौह स्तंभ स्थित है। इस पर लिखी गई भाषा को 1903 में पढ़ा गया था। दर्ज तथ्यों के अनुसार यह स्तंभ चौथी शताब्दी में राजा चंद्र यानी चंद्रगुप्त मौर्य के समय का है। स्तंभ के ऊपर बने एक छेद से यह माना जा रहा है कि कभी इस स्तंभ के ऊपर भगवान विष्णु के वाहन गरुड़ की मूर्ति लगी थी। इसे वर्तमान स्थान पर राजा अनंद पाल द्वारा लाया गया था। वह इसे कहां से लाए थे इसके बारे में जानकारी मौजूद नहीं है। यह स्पष्ट है कि वर्तमान स्थान पर ही राजा अनंगपाल द्वारा बनवाए गए भगवान विष्णु के मंदिर में स्थापित था। स्तंभ की लिखावट पढ़ने के बाद एक जनवरी 1903 में संस्कृत, हिन्दी, अंग्रेजी और उर्दू चार भाषाओं में उच्चारण कर अलग अलग शिलालेख लगाए गए हैं। एएसआई के पूर्व निदेशक डाॅ. धर्मवीर शर्मा की मानें तो कुतुबमीनार परिसर में स्थित विवादित ढांचे काे कुतुबुद्दीन ऐबक ने इसे हिन्दू और जैन मंदिरों को तोड़कर जामा मस्जिद के नाम से बनाया था। अब से करीब ढाई सौ साल पहले इसे कुतुब उल इस्लाम मस्जिद नाम में परिवर्तित किया गया। उनके अनुसार यह ढांचा देश की दूसरी भौजशाला है। इसमें भी भोजशाला की तरह ही मंदिर हाेने के पूरे प्रमाण हैं। पूरे के पूरे ढांचे में मूर्तियां लगी हैं। कई जगह भगवान की मूर्तियों को अनादर करने की नीयत से भी लगाया गया है। स्तंभों पर भी देवी देवताओं की मूर्तियां हैं जिन्हें खंडित कर दिया गया और इसी निर्माण के ऊपरी भाग यानी गुम्बद वाले भाग को मस्जिद का बना दिया गया। उनके अनुसार इस ढांचे के मंदिर होने के पूरे प्रमाण मौजूद हैं। इस मामले में पूजा का अधिकार मांगने को लेकर साकेत कोर्ट में मुकदमा डालने वाले वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता विष्णु शंकर जैन ने कहा कि इस मामले में साकेत कोर्ट में केस है। कोर्ट ने इस मामले को पूजा स्थल (विशेष प्रावधान) अधिनियम 1991 का हवाला देते हुए याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था। उसके बाद फिर से याचिका डाली गई थी जिस पर नोटिस जारी हुए थे, याचिका अभी पेंडिंग है। उन्हें उम्मीद है कि न्याय जरूर मिलेगा। #QutubMinar #Puja #Delhi #DainikJagran

Justice Markandey Katju says caste discrimination cannot end due to laws alone. True. How can caste discrimination end when casteists like Chaturvedis get representation in legislative bodies, Joshis spew caste hate in media, police judiciary academia are dominated by uppered caste brahminvadis! Reforms should be initiated by people from oppressor castes, if at all respect for humanity and commitment to Indian constitution are left atleast in some people in those communities.
