@Netcare_Limited I need to know why Netcare has a tendency of accumulating bills that clients aren't aware of that are only disclosed when a client has left the hospital. You also have a tendency to consult people medical aids behind their backs.

Plot twist. Discovery phoned and said that @Netcare_Limited overcharged for a bed for my son. I asked how and they said, "ask Netcare." Apparently Netcare, for the first time in all the times I've used the same hospital, allegedly according to Discovery, charged extra for a bed. I've seen it all. What's next? Charged too much for custard? 😤 My BP is currently at 168/120 and my Oxygen is at 87, dearests

@swank_ZA @Netcare911_sa @Netcare_Limited Alberton theatre employees are super efficient but the surgical ICU nurses are like Government employees. Very bad. Section 5 nurses are super professional.

I know I shouldn’t expect hospital food to taste and look like food from a 5 star restaurant but @Netcare_Limited should do better on the food! Even if one isn’t mean to die, you’d find yourself dying just by eating the food coz it’s as though the people cooking don’t want!

@CollinsMandy Oh Mandy, I’m having to send multiple gscope scans to @Discovery_SA so they can pay my hospital stay which was initially authorized. So exhausting, @Netcare_Limited why must I go through so much hoops and loops for this.

Ten years ago I wrote a blog post about Vodacom that got over 10,000 views and saw the head of comms calling me. I am now sharpening my poison pen for Discovery Health. Because honestly, medical aid is a grudge purchase as it is, and they take it to a whole new level.
