@Netcare_Limited my husband is admitted at Alberton since the 5th. He has been waiting on a barium sulfate x-ray result since the 6th to date and there seems to be so sence of urgency from your supplier or the Dr to get this report through. WTF? PvT hospital worse the Government

What plans do you have as a hospital to address these concerns or is your plan to keep on operating as long as you are receiving our medical aid funds?

@Netcare_Limited What an atrocious emergency department you have at the Netcare Waterfall hospital?? I cannot believe how horrible the service is. It’s absolutely mind boggling. Doctors? Dismissive. Nurses? Slacking. That emergency dpt is a public facility dressed as a pvt one.

@Netcare_Limited the gap cover plus claims centre are so frustrating! Reference numbers WF_226204143, WF_226204145, WF_226204147, WF_226204148 refers. You keep telling me my emails have no attachments when I have submitted all attachments for the third time now! Annoying!

Plot twist. Discovery phoned and said that @Netcare_Limited overcharged for a bed for my son. I asked how and they said, "ask Netcare." Apparently Netcare, for the first time in all the times I've used the same hospital, allegedly according to Discovery, charged extra for a bed. I've seen it all. What's next? Charged too much for custard? 😤 My BP is currently at 168/120 and my Oxygen is at 87, dearests

Not @Discovery_SA paying for my son's hospital stay from MSA instead of the hospital benefit. Now I'm paying Netcare because I have no MSA left. It's just glass buildings in Sandton and vibes. 😡
