@PaulTassi The big innovation is price drop along with big refillable ink tanks. What else do you want it to do for the money? A lot of technologies have reached this kind of plateau.

Don’t any of you DARE defer to this bullying Do not scrub your resumes Do not hide your Jewishness I will genuinely be annoyed if you give these bullies an inch. They are wrong. They cannot be allowed to have the satisfaction of you bowing to their disgusting behaviour Be more Jewish Do not erase your Jewishness at all They don’t have the right to impose this on you
Dr. Logan Levkoff@LoganLevkoff

Young women are scrubbing Jewish orgs and leadership from resumes. Charging their names on rides here apps. Losing friends. None of this is okay. I join @JewishWomenIntl in my concerns about Jewish women in a post 10/7 world.

Paul Martin sold his shares of his beloved company that he owned, that he had built up from the ground. That is how much he loved Canada, respected his duty. Carney was unwilling to divest a standard portfolio.

Here is a painful, difficult truth. If actual transsexual civil rights are going to survive, we are going to have to divorce trans women from the fetishistic “non-binary” men who clinicians would have labeled transvestites 20 years ago. And they’re not going to take this well. They are going to call us every name in the book. They will try to morally invert the situation and make themselves the victims when in fact, they have endangered us and endanger biological women. The trans woman brave enough to say the truth will become pariahs, because transvestites will always outnumber actual transsexual women by at least ten to one. Women know the difference. They will accept actual transsexual women, but we have to have courage to decolonize ourselves from the Transvestites.

Councillor @SeanOrr proposed this recently at Council, but Ken Sim's billionaire-backed party voted it down. After we evict ABC this October, we're going to get to work taking practical measures like this to tackle the crisis of affordability in Vancouver.

Joe Rogan says that he wants nothing to do with MAGA because it’s become a movement of dorks and weirdos… which is ridiculous, because it’s always been a movement of dorks and weirdos and he was just pretending otherwise to get cheap engagement in 2024.

We will never forget the Czech people's rescue of 1948. If it were not for that shipment of weaponry to the poorly supplied defenders of Israel in 1948, Palestinians would carry out a second Holocaust just 3 years after the first one ended. The Czech weapons saved Israel.

Czechoslovakia provided crucial arms to Israel during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, serving as the only major supplier during a strict UN arms embargo. The deals, organized before the Communist takeover in 1948, included over 400 tons of weapons, including 25 Avia S-199 fighters, 61 Supermarine Spitfires, thousands of machine guns, and millions of rounds of ammunition, significantly shaping the conflict's outcome.

We are so cooked. Anthropic just accidentally leaked its most powerful AI model because someone forgot to lock a blog CMS. They’re warning it could “outpace the efforts of defenders” in cybersecurity. Do you understand what just happened?? Close to 3,000 unpublished files were sitting in a publicly accessible data store.. Draft blog posts, PDFs, details of a secret CEO retreat at an 18th-century English manor. Anyone could find them. Anthropic’s response? “Human error.” The leaked documents describe a new model tier above Opus. Dramatically better than anything that exists. Their own internal draft says it’s “far ahead of any other AI model in cyber capabilities.” Anthropic confirmed it’s real. They called it “a step change.” They are terrified of their own model. CrowdStrike dropped 7%. Palo Alto Networks fell 6%. Cybersecurity ETF down 6% in a single session, now 20%+ on the year. Bitcoin slid from $70K to $66K overnight. $20 billion in market cap vaporized over a draft blog post about something that hasn’t even shipped yet. A $380 billion company with $20+ billion in revenue is telling you, in their own leaked words, that the thing they built will break the internet’s defenses faster than anyone can patch them. They wrote that down. In a blog draft. Then left the blog draft unlocked on the internet. Every script kiddie with API access is about to become a state-level threat actor.. Every firewall vendor is about to become a legacy vendor.. Every “we take security seriously” banner on every SaaS login page is about to age like milk. Sleep well tonight.

The idea that every sovereign country near Israel must cap its conventional weapons, limit its defensive capabilities, restrict missile and fighter jet ranges, and even dismantle its own military industries—just so Israel can "feel safe"—is completely absurd. Which other nation on Earth demands and receives this kind of privilege? This exceptionalism is especially ridiculous coming from a regime with such an inherently aggressive posture and track record in the region.

Trump has unwittingly become the salesman in chief for Chinese green technology, and may ironically end up being the single most consequential American president for climate change in the process 😅
Thorne 🌸@ExistentialEnso

At this rate, Donald Trump is going to wind up accidentally solving climate change by forcing the world to scramble to roll out renewables in order to deal with the fact it will take years to get back to previous oil production levels
