We studied self-reported outcomes/counseling for urethroplasty in Recent GURS Fellowship Grads:
▫️Success/counseling rates did not ⬆️ with yrs since grad
▫️Most grads = 5yrs to hit 60 cases

Herculean effort by @NikMoringMD and @MichaelKTram to demonstrate @DeptVetAffairs patients had decreased time to urethroplasty and less endoscopic procedures after the 2016 stricture guidelines. Great guideline-driven patient care!
