@fgomsan So true. I hope when I train one surgeon, they train two and then each of those train two….scales and exponential growth. I truly think we are at that tipping point *IF* we can ignore the cofounders (meaning flash in the pan technologies that make 💰)

One of the hard parts about moving to a new practice is saying goodbye to many of your long term patients. More so not knowing if or when I will be replaced.
