@NinjaKitchenUK It's a shame that your pans don't seem to be as durable as stated. After just over 2 years of occasional use, this is already the state of the outer surface. I know it doesn't affect the non-stick performance inside, but they'll look terribly scruffy further down the line.

@Silverlynnb Hello Lynn! Our advice will be to not peel the sticker off, as that might lead to a sign left by the glue of the sticker. ☺️

@NinjaKitchenUK hi. I have unboxed my new ninja and removed all the Sellotape and wrapping off it except for the sticker on the top. I understand you have to put one there but I’m finding impossible to peel off without leaving ugly sticky residue. Any tips?

@Silverlynnb That is correct, you will have to adjust the time for a little bit longer.

Ninja Ovens, really good for cooking absolutely rubbish for cleaning, ours is less than 2 months old, used an oven cleaner and this happens @NinjaKitchenUK @currys services tried to help, but there's nothing they can do, wont be buying Ninja again

@FHGplease Great question! All SharkNinja products meet FDA standards for food‑contact surfaces. The FDA evaluates long‑term use when approving these materials, so normal wear of the cooking surface does not affect the safety of the coating.

@NinjaKitchenUK @WarksTSS Its not just me, I have been told by two of your people that you are no longer doing them and my Aunt recently got an AF300 and she did not have one either despite it being on that box as being in there. Again pdf's are useless especially if you have no printer or big tablet.

@WarksTSS Who would I speak to in regards to @NinjaKitchenUK falsely advertising their product comes with something when it does not and they say they do not do them anymore but are still printing out boxes that say it is included.
