@currys TV delivered like this. Was told I cant exchange in a store that has stock. So I returned it via post to a warehouse that has no stock of this TV? My experience with customer service was below par.

@currys Hi Currys — I’m really angry at the lack of customer service. My repair was cancelled without any notice after I waited in all day. The machine is only 3 years old and completely dead. This isn’t acceptable — please sort this urgently. #CustomerService

Called @currys customer service about not recieving my £50 PSN voucher with my ps5 pro. Been told that their computer shows that it's been opened and downloaded... Well clearly not by me as I haven't received my order. Up hill battle trying to sort this issue out

@HP I must say, the connectivity of your printers is frankly shocking. Once the printer goes off or dormant I have to reconnect again via the app. 1/10. Do better. L8ckily it's in warranty from @currys so considering a return as not fit for purpose!

@currys Who can I speak to about my fridge freezer, originally bought it in November, was replaced due to faulty fan earlier this year, but the replacement appears to have the same fault. Maybe I need a different model, this must be faulty and some level of compensation is due.

@currys How can I make a complaint about the terrible service I have received. Your call centre have blatantly lied to me twice and it’s now obvious to me they couldn’t care less and lie just to get me off the phone. Bought in the uk so should be able to speak to a uk based person
