And the best part: village idiot did the code that worked well on the first run (ascii art version of pacman) (it took a lot of time), while for `highly skilled scala developer`... I had to report 4 fails (bugs) that made game unplayable

@NoobFunctor Which means that machines will still have to produce human-readable code. And that will remain as long as there still will be such possibility. Otherwise, why not make agent writing directly the binary code?

It is time to change the focus: Code will be read mostly by machines, and only incidentally verified by humans.

@tymotauro I already see it: people (including me) use agents that read docs, libraries, and sources massively. And Claude does not care (as much) if your documentation is in broken English or whether your API is partly painful to use

Szczerze mówiąc... Dawniej nie było chmury – były dyskietki i płyty CD. Nie było streamingu – były mp3 ściągane po nocy. Zamiast Messengera było Gadu-Gadu ze swoimi jakże pięknymi i indywidualnymi opisami...;) (tak wiem GG nadal istnieje, ale...) Gry - Zero patchy, zero DLC – wkładasz płytę i grasz. No i czasem pół dnia walki, żeby gra w ogóle odpaliła XD A mimo to… jakoś było więcej klimatu. Prawda..?

More than a decade ago, my wife and I visited Switzerland for our honeymoon. On the way back after visiting a Cheese factory, we made a mistake and took the train that was heading in the opposite direction to our destination. The train was completely empty except one lady sitting in a corner. We were confused about what to do next. She didn't speak English but figured that we were in a spot of bother and immediately pressed a button that ensured that the train stops at the next station, which was a small station in the middle of the countryside of Switzerland. She gestured that we could walk our way back from there to the previous station. Our walk back was through a small hill in the countryside. Everyrhing was lush green with houses like these along the way. It began to drizzle while we were walking back and we had to wait near one of the houses for the passing shower. It was a 25-30 minute walk and we eventually returned to our original train station but I still remember almost everything throughout that walk like it was yesterday. It may sound a bit clichéd but Switzerland truly is like heaven on earth.
