“How’d the 2026 Idaho legislative session go?” Not great. Because the Idaho legislature just showed you who they work for. And it’s Not you. It’s Big Ag. Every good bill on illegal immigration this session got killed or couldn’t get a hearing. The single biggest issue facing this country, this state, and the lever pullers wouldn’t touch it. But honestly? We’re just the cattle (the legislators). Most of us don’t even realize it. The real power in this state isn’t elected. It’s the lobbyists and the entrenched bureaucrats who’ve been running this machine long before any of us showed up and will be running it long after we’re gone. And a governor who somehow never once found the courage to talk tough on illegal immigration. Not once. Brad Little had nothing to say about the biggest crisis hitting Idaho families. You have to ask yourself why that is. These are the same colleagues who pound the table about border security and being in “the Trump Train” at every town hall and legislative forum when cameras are on them. Then they came back to Boise and made sure nothing passed that would’ve touched the cheap labor pipeline their donors depend on. And you know what rides in with that pipeline? Drugs. Human trafficking. Sex trafficking. We just gave all of it a pass. Because the same economic machine that wants cheap slave labor doesn’t want you looking too hard at what else is crossing that border. So we get to absorb the damage while corporate margins stay protected. And the Idaho Sheriffs Association, the people you’d expect to be loudest about this, were leading the charge to make sure we did nothing. Nothing. This is a moral catastrophe playing out in plain sight. It touches everything this state is supposed to stand for. And enough people in that building are either bought or too scared to move. You sent us there to fix this. I tried. Now you know exactly why it didn’t happen.

I prosecuted in a very heavily White area. Jury trials aren't only failing because of ethnic tribalism. They're failing in large part because a jury's expectation of evidence is cartoonishly high, completely divorced from reality. They expect *everything* to be on video nowadays. They're also failing because juries are more prone to nullification than ever before. Not for any principled reason, such as believe the crime was just, but that they simply don't trust the state to charge and punish people properly and/or they don't care. E.g., I've had DUI cases where someone who was OBVIOUSLY guilty was acquitted. Multiple. In one of them I spoke to the jury afterward and they flat out told me "All the evidence was there." They just felt bad for the defendant and wanted to go home. They're also failing because judges and statutes are more pro-criminal than ever before. Judge Example: In a prosecution for DV Assault, I was prohibited from introducing evidence the Defendant having assaulted the victim previously, despite the fact the law in our jurisdiction explicitly allows for this, because the judge felt it was "too prejudicial." (Btw, this Defendant testified and confessed to every single element on the stand and the jury still returned a verdict of Not Guilty.) Statute Example: I prosecuted a woman for stealing $400,000. By law, I could not even ask for jail time because it was her first offense. The Judge had no power to grant a sentence of jail time. If you try to break the collapse of the justice system down to being only an ethnic/tribal thing, you're going to fail, because that's not anywhere near the only issue.
The American Tribune@TAmTrib

Jury trials don’t work because they are no longer trials of our justice-minded peers, but rather ethnic headcount’s that are determined by the in group preferences of the jurors Particularly, black and Hispanic jurors show a notable tendency to side with their ethnic group against the evidence of the case is an interracial one

New York: 133K NGOs handle $450 billion per year. California: 225K NGOs handle $610 billion per year. Over $1 trillion per year is moved within the NY and CA NGO ecosystem. The fraud is staggering. America is not in $39 trillion in debt. America is in $39 trillion in fraud.

Mark Fitzpatrick 4 Idaho Governor 🇺🇸
Idaho will no longer have a victim class that depends on the state. After I’m sworn in, I will ensure prosecution of those who knowingly employ illegal immigrants. We will stop all state spending on illegals and cut welfare programs way down. No more free education for illegals. No more jobs. Illegals, without income opportunities, will quickly and voluntarily leave for blue states. It will cost us nothing. No complicated arrests and deportations. No finding room in our jails. No stress on our law enforcement. Illegals will become California’s problem. We will have jobs, jobs, jobs! We will build a rich and powerful Idaho for American citizens, where Idahoans, not illegals, can achieve the American dream! And for simply embracing AMERICAN values, the lunatic Left will call us names. Good! The LEFT can just stay away from this horrible place that values AMERICANS FIRST and our moral and ethical society! God Bless Idaho!

They've started attacking anyone who will also stand up and support Mark... be brave and let them know that the people of Idaho will not be bullied by those who have nothing but bluster!!!

SOMETHING HAPPENED: Yesterday, LEFTISTS, instead of ignoring @oldstatemark and his run for Governor, they are now on to a new strategy, publicly attacking him. Because they now know he might win. The communists are rooting against Fitzpatrick for Governor. Don't be a COMMIE!

@ankoromochuu There was a few years in the 1980's that I would hear people complain about Japanese cars flooding the market. People were accustomed to American cars, so I suppose it was a bit of a shock at the time. I haven't heard anything like that in decades though.

@zundamotisuki An American twist on a German food - Strawberry Crepes. Change to whatever you like, any fruit pie filling works. Change the cream stuff too; sour cream, cream cheese, whipped cream all work well. Just make the crepe, fill it how you want. Very easy, very good.

Shifting a point of view might help. You, as Japanese, look at what happens in Japan. What will help the country, what will hurt it. Your primary focus is Japan (which is good). The U.S. sits in a different position as a "superpower", the last remaining real superpower. As America goes, so goes the world (including Japan). We are the last bastion, the light, that stands between a free world and and world dominated by the darkness, death and slavery that communism brings. That puts a target on our backs, from every corner of the world; China, Russia, Iran, the old royal families of Europe, the United Nations...everyone. Every major communist power, every shitty little dictator, every unnamed entity with an ounce of influence wants to bring America down, and they're willing to do anything, use any tool, use every bit of leverage, exploit any weakness they can to make it happen. The attacks don't come as marching armies that you can identify, they come at us sideways, a cultural trend that eats away at the fabric of right and wrong. These people are very clever at what they do, so we have to be even better to stop them. The battles before us aren't about race, or drugs, or climate, or any manufactured narrative. It's about good vs evil - a free world vs world engulfed in darkness.

OHIO JUST SHOWED THE WORLD HOW TO BUILD A POLICE STATE IN PLAIN SIGHT Ohio put your face in a database in 2013 and never told you. Every driver's license photo. Enrolled in facial recognition. No public hearing. No disclosure. 30,000 cops and court employees have access. But facial recognition was just the foundation. Here is the full surveillance architecture Ohio has deployed with zero regulation: 1/ TALEN: AI fusion platform merging body cams, dash cams, public cameras, private security cameras, social media feeds, ShotSpotter gunshot detection, and license plate readers into a single surveillance system. Rollout planned for 1,000 law enforcement agencies. 35,000 end users. 2/ AG Dave Yost signed a Clearview AI contract. Billions of scraped photos, now state-sanctioned. 3/ Safeguard Ohio: America's first AI suspicious activity system. Citizens upload video, audio, photos. An AI chatbot conducts the intake interview. Everything routes to the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center. 4/ Flock Safety license plate readers across 24+ communities and 37 state highway patrol units. Cross-jurisdiction shared database. Deployed at schools. 5/ Autonomous drone fleets. Columbus PD RAVEN launches drones from patrol cars. Ohio State University launches drones from rooftops. Hamilton County fields 16 drones. 6/ Anduril Arsenal-1: a $1 billion, 5 million square foot autonomous weapons factory near Columbus producing AI-powered drones at industrial scale. None of this is regulated by state law. Not one piece of it. Now follow the money. Peter Thiel built Palantir into the world's dominant surveillance data company. He funded JD Vance's Senate campaign. Vance sat on the InnovateOhio board advocating mandatory digital IDs for all Ohioans. Vivek Ramaswamy is running for Ohio governor. His backers: Thiel, Vance, Joe Lonsdale, Howard Lutnick. Leslie Wexner, Jeffrey Epstein's primary financial patron, constructed New Albany, Ohio as a private technocratic enclave built on tax incentives. JobsOhio operates as a private corporation with $1.4 billion in taxpayer funds and no public transparency requirements. The architecture scales in one direction: local capture (New Albany tax deals), state capture (JobsOhio, InnovateOhio), federal capture (Vance as VP, DOGE), international export. Ohio is not an outlier. Ohio is the template for every state in America. Bookmark this. Send it to everyone in Ohio. Then check what your own state is building.

Colorado is requiring all lawyers in the state to swear under penalty of perjury not to collaborate with the federal government in enforcing immigration law. This is an actual revolt against federal authority and should be treated accordingly.
Ian Speir@IanSpeir

Colorado is now requiring lawyers in the State, as a condition of logging into its court e-filing system, to promise not to cooperate with federal authorities in enforcing federal immigration law. Please understand: - I do not practice immigration law. - I do not practice criminal law. - Nothing about my civil practice has anything to do with this. And yet because I cannot log into the State's official e-filing system without saluting The Resistance, I now cannot represent my clients, file lawsuits, access cases, file documents in existing cases, etc. If I click "Decline," it kicks me out of the system. I must click "Accept" to access the system and continue representing my civil clients -- again, in cases that have absolutely nothing to do with immigration law or policy. I've read SB 25-276 (the law referred to below). It does not regulate me as a private attorney or any of the clients I represent in civil matters. This is outrageous draconian overreach. I have ethical obligations to my clients to represent them competently. My existing cases have running deadlines that I must attend to. Judges issue orders in my cases that I must follow. If I don't click "Accept" in order to access the State's e-filing system, I will harm my clients, torpedo my practice, and probably commit malpractice. So, I have no choice. I'm clicking "Accept" under protest.

The cost of your flight went up because you searched for it twice. Your rideshare costs more because your phone battery is dying. This is surveillance pricing – corporations using your own data and behaviors against you. In the US Senate, I’ve got a plan to ban it.
