Intentional training within my crossover run. Mindfully gaining ground out of my crossover run, not being “choppy ”. Front shoulder down and low pad level. Trying to keep chin upright and eyes glued to keys then snapping it to my break angle. Breaking with reaction to QB. Keeping my feet under me/ “circle small”. Working on gaining ground out of my break and having proper body posture to explode out. This is a part of the difference between a PBU or an INT! Progressing from stationary breaks, pause breaks, full speed breaks, then adding in real life movement into it. Working in 45, 80, and 135 degree angles. Shooting hands and eyes to my target and driving aggressively while maintaining fluid hip movements and efficient pad level!
