@jhassler80 @AdamJBerry Try a blue nightlight. Something about the blue light helps calm them down somewhat in the night. We got a little color changing nightlight from Lowes and set it to the blue. It’s not perfect but does help.

We have a 17 yr old chihuahua. She has dementia & is sometimes out of her freakin mind. She’s more aggressive towards us & is a much different dog than before. I love her. I have taken her to the vet many times this year to help ease her pain, fear etc. I know she still loves me.
