@okcaction Regarding SW 119 lane closure at S. May. Please consider making the outside lane right turn only during construction instead of closing it. Getting through that intersection takes forever.

Neighbor came home while their dog was barking its head off at me, so I knew they couldn't deny knowledge and I confronted them. They've now threatened to "beat my ass" and accused me of breaking the fence. So I think that's going well @OKCAction thought I'd keep you posted.

@cityofokc @OKCAction I have reported this same dog multiple times. The owner has at leas 2 other dogs. Constantly left out unmonitored, destroying property.

@AndreaW_77 Thank you for contacting the Action Center. To report a noise complaint, you can contact the police department at 405-231-2121 or 911 to dispatch an officer to issue a citation. To report the cars, we will need the addresses so our Code Officers can look into them. ^kg

@OKCAction my 80 year old mother has lived here since she was 6 years old. This is what she has to live with. They are constantly playing music loud enough to shake the windows. 9 different cars parked in the driveway, on the grass, in the street. We have asked them nicely!

am fighting for my life right now. For the last few days, I have been breathing in air contaminated by raw sewage that flooded my apartment. The corporate owners, Bryten Real Estate Partners, eventually sent a crew to clear the visible waste, but that didn't solve the problem. I want to be very clear about why I am still so sick. Just because the floors look clean now does not mean the home is safe. When raw sewage sits in a house, it releases microscopic bacteria and toxins into the air. Every time I breathe, I am taking those poisons into my lungs. Because of my medical history (spinal cord injury, collapsed lung, breathing machine) and being immunocompromised, my body cannot fight these pathogens off like a healthy person’s could (and ‘healthy’ people still die from this) My immune system is already under a heavy load, and breathing in these toxins is a direct threat to my life. Two different doctors have confirmed that my lungs are in distress and my home is a life-threatening environment. My lungs have been on fire for days. My doctors have legally told me I cannot go back into that apartment until it passes a real, scientific air test. I send Bryten emails tirelessly. They do not respond. I’m sure the “Freeze” is advice from their lawyers. Management has been heartless. They only offered to test the air after my doctors made it a requirement. But even then, they tried to use a test that wouldn't actually find the toxins making me sick. As soon as I sent them a list of the actual scientific standards needed to prove the air was safe, they canceled the testing. They would rather leave me sick and displaced than pay for a test they can’t fake. They also lied to my renter’s insurance, and they’ve ceased communication with me. I am left with no financial support from them at all. My next-door neighbor has a two-year-old child living in worse conditions, and Bryten Real Estate Partners knows that, but they still refuse to do the right thing. I’ve had to stop my training and my coaching is on hold. Right now, I simply don’t have the physical or mental capacity to work or make the videos you all love. I am exhausted and I’m facing being penniless while I fight for my survival. I won’t stop fighting this. I am holding this corporation accountable so they can’t do this to anyone else. I waited until the very last second to ask for help because I hate doing it, but I’m out of options. The only reason I’ve even gotten them to do the bare minimum is because of you all. I’ve had to stop my bodybuilding training and my coaching is on hold. Right now, I simply don’t have the physical or mental capacity to work or make the videos you all love. I am exhausted and I’m facing being penniless while I fight for my survival. I won’t stop fighting this. I am holding this corporation accountable so they can’t do this to anyone else. I waited until the very last second to ask for help because I hate doing it, but I’m out of options. The only reason I’ve even gotten them to do the bare minimum is because of you all. One of the most inspiring things you’ll see in OKC is when a committed and passionate group of people pour themselves into a specific neighborhood. That kind of love can change a place and the lives of those who call it home. Today, Councilman Bradley Carter and I toured the work happening in the Tulakes area (NW 63rd to Wilshire east of Rockwell). There, Tulakes Neighborhood Ministries is providing a food pantry, health care and mental health services, and other vital programs. Much gratitude to everyone giving so generously to the Tulakes community!

My daughter said she saw a man urinating behind the fence. She is 6 and should not be exposed to penis in public. People should not be living behind homes in residential neighborhoods.
