@ORobHarris @horvick It’s weird, Oregon’s institutional discomfort with acknowledging the impact of Independent party voters, especially given the work that has gone into swing districts the last 6 years. Far more navs believe themselves to by IPO than vice versa.

@sandhillexit @NateSilver538 Puritans hanged Quakers, embraced slavery, and criminalized dissent in God’s name. Their ideas may have shaped Mormonism, but the kind of moral absolutism they brought here also fueled the persecution of Mormons. Their legacy still haunts the country.

@mhester9777 @CustomHester @GovTinaKotek The tariffs alone exceed the cost of the gross receipts tax and recent transportation tax combined. Add in the impact on the labor force from immigration and proposed $11bn in medicaid cuts. The business community has said and done next to nothing.
