This restructure defers Garrett's option bonuses ($10M in '26, $13M '27, $7M '28) from March to early Sept each year, giving Browns ~6 months extra cap breathing room annually to restructure, cut, or trade without immediate cash hits. It also shifts $8M of '29/'30 base into early roster bonuses (helps him). No major '26 cap relief upfront, but more timing flexibility long-term. No trade plans per sources.
