How would not seeing gambling advertising for instance affect the causal fans? It wouldn't. But it could also saves someone's life. The freedom of choice argument is garbage.

People need the freedom to make wrong choices, overcoming them is part of life. More regulation only makes things more expensive and not helping.

The Albanese government refuses again and again to take responsibility for the harm caused by the predatory gambling industry to vulnerable individuals. Again and again it shifts blame and makes gambling harm out to be a matter of personal choice, rather than a social and health issue influenced by massive commercial interests. It's completely unregulated. There needs to be safeguards in place so people can enjoy their betting without the fear of addiction
