Mbappé is doing much in this World Cup to push himself into the Ballon d'Or discussion. In summary, Yamal is not on Olise’s level

17. Letting your phone die to 0% regularly is just as damaging as overcharging to 100%. 18. Battery health below 80% means your phone needs significantly more charges per day. 19. Charging in a hot environment like a car in summer, permanently speeds up cell degradation.

STOP charging your phone to 100% every night.- kendi Here's why: 👇

15. Manufacturers now build adaptive charging algorithms specifically to reduce damage when users charge to 100%. 16. Fast charging generates more heat than standard charging, using it daily accelerates battery wear

13. High charge combined with high temperature is one of the most damaging conditions for battery lifespan. 14. Short bursts of charging between 30–70% are healthier than full 0–100% cycles.

10. High voltage at full charge triggers side reactions inside cells that accumulate over time. 11. Frequent full charges degrade battery health faster than partial charges. 12. Partial charges count as fractions of a cycle, reducing total wear significantly.

7. After hitting 100%, phones switch to trickle charging, generating constant heat and gradual wear. 8. Wireless charging to full generates more heat than wired compounding degradation. 9. Optimized charging features exist on most phones but must be manually enabled.

4. 20–80% is the expert-recommended charging range for maximum battery lifespan. 5. Capacity loss is gradual and silent, you won't notice until it's significant. 6. A longer-lasting battery saves you real money on early replacements.

1. Full charge keeps voltage at peak, this accelerates chemical aging inside cells. 2. Overnight heat plus 100% is the worst combo for battery life. 3. The last 20% requires higher voltage, putting the most stress on cells.

🇮🇷 In Iran, being Christian is tolerated only if the state decides you were born into the right category. Mohamad Faridi explains that Iranian law separates Christians into two groups: recognized historical minorities, such as Armenians and Assyrians, and converts from Islam, who are treated very differently. “If I was Armenian or Assyrian, born to Christianity, they wouldn’t bother.” But Mohamad says that because he left Islam for Christianity, the state does not even recognize him as a Christian. It recognizes him as an apostate. Under Iranian law, he says apostasy can be punishable by death, and involvement in home churches, underground churches, or evangelizing Muslims becomes a “national security” issue. The crime is not being Christian. The crime is leaving Islam. @FaridiMohamad

🇮🇷 Converting to Christianity in Iran can cost you your family before it costs you anything else. Mohamad Faridi explains that when someone turns to Christianity, the first punishment often comes from inside the family: rejection, isolation, and the loss of the economic support most young people still depend on. “When your family rejects you, it’s a lot of trouble inside Iran because you economically are very much dependent on them.” Mohamad says this happened at a moment when he had just left military service and was still trying to figure out his life. Then Christianity reframed everything he had been taught to chase through sacrifice, blood, and religious duty. The debt he thought he had to settle with God had already been settled in Christ. That was the rupture. @FaridiMohamad
