A Fulani man went on TikTok complaining that he tried to book a ticket at GUO Transport to travel to the East, but was told they had no bus going there.
They directed him to GIG.
He bought a ticket at GIG, but when it was time to board, the other passengers refused to enter the same bus with him, saying they won’t share a bus with a Fulani man. The company apologised and refunded his money.

Positioning people at “lower levels” as automatic victims is a weak framing.
Being a security man or running errands doesn’t erase dignity because everyone, at every level, performs tasks for someone.
The real issue is simple: if ₦5,000 was given and it was said to cover the errand, the job should be completed within that arrangement. You've been given 5k for the food as usual, get the food and that's it.
But we also need to be careful not to turn every disagreement into classism.
Not every workplace misunderstanding is a “rich vs poor” issue. Sometimes it’s just poor communication and weak boundaries being projected through a class lens.
And finally, disagreement doesn’t require insults. The moment the argument shifts into name-calling, it stops being reasoning and becomes emotion, and even valid points get lost in it.
