One of the most important things I did to lose 50 pounds is change the way I view food.
Food is medicine.
Food is meant to nourish, strengthen, & heal our bodies.
When I’m at the grocery store, I ask myself, “Will this food strengthen my body?”
That mentality changed my life.

@timburchett This is why it's profitable for organizations to go into a community and solicit for voters and votes. Large cities have a very large, dense Blue base which makes it easy (like Pgh and Philly). Red areas are incredibly difficult to organize.(like Amish and sprawling suburbs)

Good luck to all wrestlers set to compete in NCAA Wrestling Championships which get underway today. Especially the 21 former WPIAL wrestlers-what a sense of pride. It’s an incredible number; so many from such a small area. The grind, grit and toughness all have showed is amazing.
