I can't say I haven't chuckled at a few memes doing the rounds here and there, but genuinely having a problem with Emma Hayes talking tactics because she's a woman is batshit crazy to me.
Emma Hayes is a world-class coach. Football is a universal game with hundreds of thousands of different tactical approaches to choose from. It doesn't matter whether you have a dick or a fanny; if you have a deep enough knowledge of the thing you are talking about, you have the right to talk about it.
The pitch is the same size, the rules are the same, and geometry doesn't care about gender.
