I would say the superpower that Muslims MOST neglect is journalism.
The information space is at least, if not more, important than the political, financial and military space.
The world's most significant powers recognise this and invest in their media accordingly.
But the Ummah has neglected this aspect and we see the devestating results all around us.
Why is @5Pillarsuk the only media outlet in the world doing Islamic journalism? There should be hundreds of outlets like us disseminating information and shaping the narrative in multiple languages. But there aren't.
I truly believe that unless Muslims start taking journalism as seriously as they take charitable giving or business, we will not see an uplift in the fortunes of the Ummah.

But doesn't the Islamic intention to kill all non-Muslims
worth a dog whistle ?
Or has beheading of Infidels been recently dropped from the islamic agenda

We all know why Nick Timothy MP singles out Muslims celebrating Ramadan in Trafalgar Sq. Not because praying is domination, but because he wants to blow a rabid anti-Muslim dog whistle for political gain. He should be nowhere near politics, let alone the shadow front bench.

I'm currently in Dubai and the city feels like a ghost town.
I walked through the JBR yesterday. The beach was half empty on a Thursday. That never happens.
Tens of thousands of expats and tourists have left since the war started. That's not a rumor — The Guardian reported it.
Hotels that were charging $600 a night are now calling you. Offering deals. Begging, basically.
A travel agent friend said overseas bookings into Dubai are down 80–92%. That's the official number. On the ground it feels worse.
Airlines are rerouting around UAE airspace. Emirates has suspended more routes than they've admitted publicly — ask anyone working at the airport.
The malls are open but the energy is gone. Luxury brands with no customers. Restaurants half-staffed because the foreign workers are leaving too.
I know 4 British families who've sent their kids home "just for a few weeks." That's what they say. But they're not bringing stuff back.
The hotels are still lit up, the Burj Khalifa still glows at night.
But the people aren't here anymore.
And the ones who stayed are keeping one bag packed, just in case.

This was less than a year ago. Gulf leaders gave trillions of dollars to the USA. These guys are literally propping up the American economy.
Don't tell me they're innocent.

Eid Mubarak everyone. May your fasts and ibadah be accepted and your rewards multiplied, insha Allah.
I special thank you to everyone who donated to 5Pillars this Ramadan.
Your trust in us is humbling and very much appreciated, and I pledge to give it my all to take the fight to the forces of evil - the Islamophobes, the far right and the Zionists especially.

@elerrantenomad If you are not an active participant in society you have no stake in society.
English

The stakes for the Gulf nations are huge.
Aside from the unreliable American military, their only guarantee of stability is their capacity to bribe their populations into passivity.
If they are unable to do that anymore due to catastrophic economic losses because of war, then they better watch their backs because their own populations will turn against them.
So they are faced with two choices - go to war with Iran in the uncertain hope of destroying them or pressure the Americans they bankroll to make peace.
English

@elerrantenomad That means the concept of citizenship won't exist
English

@RmSalih I wish all governments bribed their citizens to passivity :) world peace

Here's some truth bombs for you:
Iran is going for broke. It will not surrender, it will not open the Strait of Hormuz, and it will fight to the death no matter how much destruction Israel and America inflict.
The people of Iran are completely behind the Islamic Republic in this holy war.
I also think Russia and China will increasingly get involved in this conflict on Iran's side.
Iran has the power to crash the world economy and is willing to do so.
The whole world is going to suffer because Israel wants to eliminate an enemy and has used its agents in the White House to enact its plan.
This may well go down as the biggest blunder an American president ever committed.
I see only one solution: it's down to the American people to overthrow and imprison their treacherous president and his Zionist henchmen.

The Left has attempted to ‘cancel’ @NJ_Timothy for airing an honestly held belief. Here he explains his thinking:
