A huge congratulations to three of our amazing undergraduate students, Chris, Annika, and Zoe for presenting @UFBME Undergraduate Research Day! We are so proud of all the work they accomplished during their time in the lab and can't wait to see what they accomplish in the future!

Newly minted Dr. @LSavDewberry will be sharing her work on the effects high frequency alternating current stimulation on sciatica caused by herniated lumbar disc! (Poster C34, 11:30-1:00pm)

We've got a packed day today! Stop by Dr. @TaylorYeater's poster (D26) this afternoon from 3:30-5:00 to hear about the modification of cardiovascular responses to intra-articular nociceptor activation by MIA induced joint pain!

It was so fun to reunite with @TaylorYeater and the @OrthoBME_Lab at #OARSI2023 to share work from the final aims of our dissertations!! Exciting research coming from the OA community!!

And finally, see our joint efforts with @BlankaSharma to develop and evaluate an ROS scavenging nanoparticle system for OA. @JessicaAldrich will be presenting that work in Chantilly West at 3:25 today!

Day 3 of ORS has a big line up from @OrthoBME! Stop by the poster session (#1836) to learn about joint damage with comorbid hypertension and OA with @CarlosJCruzUF or (#1394) to learn about how mice voluntarily excercise following a meniscal injury!

Congrats to @Kiara_M_Chan! Her paper on the effects of age on gait compensations in a rat model of post-traumatic osteoarthritis was selected for a Cluff Aging Research Award at UF! @OrthoBME_Lab
