FF XIV coming to Switch 2 is a big deal, especially in Japan, but the bigger deal is what FF VII Remake Trilogy started. Nintendo platforms are getting the latest Final Fantasy games again.

@CameronRitz $90 is still ridiculous. Unless a controller can do my taxes I'm not dropping $100 to get a controller that really doesn't do anything insanely innovative. I understand it may have better tach in it, but I'm still probably never going to use it's gimmicks.

$99 for a Steam Controller sounds crazy, but the tech market is STUPID right now… The Switch 2 controller was already $89 and this does a lot more, so its not really that shocking tbh Keep in mind Valve isn’t forcing you to use this controller with the steam machine either.

For the longest time after the SNES, Nintendo platforms only ever received Final Fantasy spinoffs and remakes/ports of 1-6. With Switch came FF 7/8/9/10/12 for the first time on Nintendo platforms. With Switch 2, now modern/new main Final Fantasy games are coming again.

On va se retrouver avec une version moins belle, moins fluide… et encore moins lisible en gameplay. Tout ça pour dire “il tourne en mode portable”… Inutile.

Walmart is matching the digital price of Splatoon Raiders at $50 for the full on cart physical version of the game. Nothing to complain about here. This is GameCube era pricing. Unsurprisingly, not many vids on the pro consumer move here but real ones know what's up 🔥
