Much like in 2025, we begin this year’s preseason edition of our power rankings with the Los Angeles Dodgers as reigning champions and sitting atop our list. But there are plenty of differences this year, too.

LeBron in his first 806 games: 27.5 PPG, 7.2 RPG, 6.9 APG, and 2 rings. LeBron in his last 806 games: 26.2 PPG, 7.7 RPG, 7.9 APG, and 2 rings. Consistency is KING. 👑

@BarryOnHere Surprised Robert Parish isn’t on this list given lebrons stats are nothing but “longevity stats”

@BarryOnHere LeBron needed 10800 pts per title. Jordan only needed 5300. Jordan twice as efficient.

Michael Jordan got outscored by Kwame Brown in his final game, at a younger age than LeBron is right now. #Wow #Plumbers

@PHDcracker @HoodiNaz @FT_Merchant05 Is an award not a statistic to put on your resume in real life? Is a resume not a summation of your work / career? Are we not discussing the summation of two individuals’ careers? It’s called CRITICAL THINKING. Apply it before you speak on others

@Finding1_1Tingz @HoodiNaz @FT_Merchant05 Nobody hates the theory of evolution more than basketball old heads. Jordan was great for his era but you’re just flat out lying to yourself if you think all of that would translate to today’s game, he wouldnt be able to keep up, physically or mentally.

Oh we’re talking accolades, not stats lol? Accolades from a much slower and less talented era? Good for Jordan! Unfortunately for LeBron he had to play in a much more challenging era where the talent pool was much deeper and people had a desire to get better at everything possible, not just gambling and driving to the hoop :/

It doesn’t matter how that sentence finished lol, Jordan didn’t want to get better because his situation didn’t demand it. Today’s game demands it, not to mention the talent pool is astronomically bigger now so people don’t have the luxury of “not wanting to get better” at something You continue to prove my points for me but you don’t notice it 😂

@PHDcracker @HoodiNaz @FT_Merchant05 Be a big boy and finish the sentence… “at the 3 point shot” Now who tf was that talking about “cherry picking to fit a narrative”?

EXACTLY MY POINT, THANK YOU!! They didn’t have modern coaching, technology, and research. You can make up all the hypotheticals you want about “what would happen” but the fact is that players these days are far an away more talented and in better shape. This isn’t even debatable so just stop 😂 And what SPECIFIC numbers are you referring to that this generation is chasing?

@PHDcracker @HoodiNaz @FT_Merchant05 So Im supposed to believe that ppl who posted numbers that the current generation is STILL CHASING…WOULD NOT get better & post even more astrologic numbers w/modern coaching, technology and sports research? Scratches head…and YOU think I am the DUMB one?

Exactly, he didn’t want to get better, glad you said it and not me. But in the past 30 years, players have gotten MUCH better. Dudes were smoking cigs and ripping coke in the locker rooms back then, you ever seen that clip of the bag of coke falling out of the players sock mid-game? Athletes these days are elite performance machines, fine tuned from a very young age. You’d have to be downright STUPID to argue against the theory of evolution 😂😂😂

@PHDcracker @HoodiNaz @FT_Merchant05 Im dumb enough to believe a 10x scoring champ saying he didnt want to get better at a 3pt shot bc there are higher percentage shots he was willing & capable of making? What’s Lebron’s career mid-range & FT percentage by the way? Both lower than Jordan’s. So plz shut up

@Finding1_1Tingz @HoodiNaz @FT_Merchant05 Yes by casual fans who don’t understand the sport, like yourself. But to be fair sports would be nothing without fans like you, all passion and zero logic. You guys keep it interesting
