To further support moms in Georgia, CareSource has partnered with @PhilipsHealth, and other health plans @Amerigroup and @PSHP, to address maternal health deserts in Georgia. The initiative will provide remote patient monitoring services to pregnant and postpartum individuals with maternal hypertension and diabetes in 50 counties, under the supervision of licensed clinical professionals. By implementing innovative health care solutions, CareSource aims to improve maternal health outcomes and ensure that all Georgians have access to high-quality prenatal and post-partum care, regardless of their location.
