The biggest thankyou to the team infront of and behind the scenes that made Practice Week in Redcar and Clevelands Childrens Services a huge success, over 500 practitioners joined workshops and engaged in all things that put "Relationships First" 🥰

Our final day of Redcar and Clevelands Childrens practice week on Relationships, sessions on Parental Conflict, immervise VR headset. Our MOST IMPORTANT by far was delivered by our very own care experienced young people on their own journeys, in their own words 🤩

Day 4 of Redcar and Clevelands Practice Week, all things Relationships..... Featuring children's education, Lived experience of Foster to Adopt, Mockingbird & Relational approaches " it's not you, it's me" focusing how we are responsible for adapting to support engagement

Day 3 of Redcar and Cleveland Childrens Services Practice Week.... Everything Relationships focused including sessions on PACE, Restorative Approaches and SHiFT.... what a fabulous day of connections

Day 2 of practice week, a full day of Relationship workshops on kinship care, a widget tool, connection on those first 1001 days, Special Guardians and celebrating the wholesome care our fosters give to our children in care
