Houston very well may be the team to take the 2nd IOL off the board after Ioane at 28. Keylan Rutledge makes a lot of sense with the position versatility being able to compete at any of the 3 IOL spots and is only 22 currently. I don’t think Pregnon is really worthy of a top 30 selection and is far more likely to be OG4 than OG2 come draft night.
