R.I.P lead gen agencies. I just replaced an entire lead gen team with Claude agents. (all working while I slept) Most founders spend $10k-$20k/month on marketing teams that work 9-5. Most agencies spend $30k+/mo on outreach. Last night I built AI agents that run 24/7: - Lead Magnet Engineer → builds viral lead magnets in minutes - Social Media Expert → writes scroll-stopping hooks - Creative Director → generates on-brand visuals - Research Analyst → finds trending topics in your niche - Performance Tracker → analyses and maps out content The results after 24 hours: - 32 lead magnets ready to launch - 60 days of content mapped out - 50+ scroll-stopping visuals created While I was sleeping. Follow + reply CLAUDE and I’ll send the full system + setup.

Why the $100M ARR Growth is Just the Beginning: It's Still Very Early 📊 Despite explosive growth, AI coding faces real challenges today: 1⃣ Security gaps: A long list we've touched on here ... 2⃣Real Code quality concerns: A lot of it is spaghetti code 3⃣Context limitations: AI struggles with complex codebases 4⃣Fragile. Email, Oauth, some APIs routinely break 5⃣Guardrails are an existential issue to tackle. The AI will always try to work around them when it hits blockers. 🎯 We're witnessing the Model T era of AI coding. The growth is real, but we're still figuring out basic safety, reliability, and integration challenges. 📈 The opportunity: As these fundamental issues get solved, the addressable market expands from "vibe coding" experiments to mission-critical enterprise applications. If these companies can hit $100M ARR while the tech is still this raw, imagine the potential once it actually works reliably.

Vibe Coding Day 14, Is vibe coding ready today for a $10m ARR commercial app? Maybe not. But it may not matter. Loveable + Replit >both< hit $100m ARR at a pace we've almost never seen before:

I interviewed a pretty seasoned, likeable CRO before the holidays. With a lot of fans. He didn’t show up to a second interview — at all. He emailed the next day and said “something urgent had come up at work” and “didn’t know my text”. Thoughts?

@paulg YC has funded lending businesses that lend to startups. Many YC companies have raised venture debt and turned out just fine. Yet you seem to have a very strong aversion to companies having debt in their capital structure, when, in reality, moderate leverage can work for many.

Talked to yet another founder whose company was killed by venture debt. I asked why they took it. He said they just tacked some onto the end of one of their funding rounds. It seemed like free money.
