Chatted with Rafa Nadal by the Augusta National clubhouse. In prior rounds here, he said he shot even par from the member tees and 80 from the tournament tees. Laughed as he recounted driver-5 wood on the 5th & driver-2 iron on 11. I guess he has natural athleticism! 😳

What I was referring to was the Korda interview where his handicap was stated to be +0.5 and Korda said he is that good. Research shows his handicap to be around 0.3 to 0.5. Tbh I prolly dk as much about golf as u seem to do, I'm just relaying the facts that I know

I visited a finca in Ibiza last year that looked almost identical to this one. Same whitewashed walls, design and with an olive grove. It was asking €3.2M and sold. This one is in Catalonia, asking €350k ($403k). It sits on 2.6 hectares (6.4 acres) of olive grove near the Ebro Delta, one of the most important natural parks in Europe. The main house is 61 sqm with an annex guest house, a plunge pool, an outdoor kitchen under the olive trees and a terrace with built-in sofas and a BBQ. Solar powered electricity, an 8,000L water cistern, alarm system. Also a few mins drive from the beaches of L'Ampolla and 131 km to Barcelona airport. At €350k I genuinely don't know how this is still available.
