Just to be transparent (and sorry for bringing this up again): this is about half of the bot accounts that have been following me in the past 48 hours, on average 10-15 per hour. This is in no way a coincidence or happening without people behind this app allowing it. I don’t have the time or energy to keep blocking them all and I refuse to go private to just protect this account. They will eventually suspend my account with some bullshit claim of inauthenticity and this is probably how they have also approached with many other “uncomfortable” accounts that they have suspended. Sharing this to let you know about the shenanigans happening here before it’s too late.
