@jbillinson I kind of feel like the worst part of it is that audiences are undoubtedly going to reward them for it. I mean, is there even any question that this is going to make a billion without breaking a sweat?

It’s bad enough that a big chunk of Hollywood decision makers so clearly see animation as a lesser-form of filmmaking, but it’s so much worse that *this* is what they want to do with those stories instead
