Hello @nntaleb presently reading Black Swan and concept of Prediction Errors as applied to war. Presumably war is at times necessary. However, complexity breeds complexity and unpredictable complexity. Therefore, before a war there is a social compact, or agreement of budget. Not in dollars, but in terms of destruction and death. If the budget is exceeded, those in charge are executed. The idea is to incentivize constraints in unpredictable systems. (Please forgive my stupid mental game. I’m not a mathematician).

I love the potential of AI in AEC. My concern is pre-AI, pre-realtime, pre-BIM, pre-CAD is stupid happened slow. Now stupid happens at the speed of now.
