WHY DO THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT CUT CORNERS & HIRE CHEAP MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS FROM OVERSEAS ?
The government employ a false shortsighted economy & then have the gall to misrepresent data to suggest they have not entirely engineered the entire process.
The far left & Islamic extremists like to weaponise this dynamic by constantly stating migrants dominate the NHS as though these migrants are our saviours.
The reason that migrants dominate the NHS is not because they are morally superior, It is not because native Britain’s refuse to work in the medical industry it is simply because employing overseas migrants is cheaper.
Before you fire back with everyone at the NHS is paid the same rate, we all know that.
This is not how it is cheaper to hire overseas medical professionals, It is cheaper to hire overseas medical profesionals because the British government refuses to spend the money training native Britains to enter the industry.
It is far cheaper to hire someone that is already fully qualified.
This should be a national scandal, VIRTUALLY, EVERY SINGLE DOCTOR & MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL THAT WORKS FOR THE NHS SOURCED FROM OVERSEAS, SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED…THESE JOBS COULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO NATIVE BRITAINS !

The government should be training our own native citizens to enter the medical field, the government should provide these opportunities to our native citizens first !
I understand & accept that there are some excellent hard working medical professionals sourced from overseas that provide a wonderful service to us all in this country and I thank them.
I would however like the British public to be given priority when it comes to career opportunities and supported with this transition.
It is also to be considered that not all countries work to the same standards we do here in the UK, quantity does not trump quality.
The present system is also wide open to abuse, recently there was a scandal were it was discovered that thousands of medical professionals from Nigeria were working with fake certificates.
Cutting corners can & does cost lives, we have some brilliant people native to this country that could be a amazing asset to the NHS.
