WHY DO THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT CUT CORNERS & HIRE CHEAP MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS FROM OVERSEAS ?
The government employ a false shortsighted economy & then have the gall to misrepresent data to suggest they have not entirely engineered the entire process.
The far left & Islamic extremists like to weaponise this dynamic by constantly stating migrants dominate the NHS as though these migrants are our saviours.
The reason that migrants dominate the NHS is not because they are morally superior, It is not because native Britain’s refuse to work in the medical industry it is simply because employing overseas migrants is cheaper.
Before you fire back with everyone at the NHS is paid the same rate, we all know that.
This is not how it is cheaper to hire overseas medical professionals, It is cheaper to hire overseas medical profesionals because the British government refuses to spend the money training native Britains to enter the industry.
It is far cheaper to hire someone that is already fully qualified.

The government should be training our own native citizens to enter the medical field, the government should provide these opportunities to our native citizens first !
I understand & accept that there are some excellent hard working medical professionals sourced from overseas that provide a wonderful service to us all in this country and I thank them.
I would however like the British public to be given priority when it comes to career opportunities and supported with this transition.
It is also to be considered that not all countries work to the same standards we do here in the UK, quantity does not trump quality.
The present system is also wide open to abuse, recently there was a scandal were it was discovered that thousands of medical professionals from Nigeria were working with fake certificates.
Cutting corners can & does cost lives, we have some brilliant people native to this country that could be a amazing asset to the NHS.

Bootle is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton, Merseyside, England,It is part of the Liverpool City Region, once a thriving hub of industry centred around the docks, the are declined when business from the docks became scarce.
In Bootle rape, violence & crime in general has risen sharply since the drastic demographical changes have unfolded , Bootle is an area of low employment, yet the council has imported thousands & thousands of unskilled migrants that don’t speak English to live in this area, the council know that these imported people will for the most part be dependent on the state and competing for meagre resources with the local Community so why have they brought them here, how will this improve this community ?
The majority of people that have arrived are not from countries that are even at war or involved in any forms form of conflict so they are not genuine asylum seekers , this is the largest influx of mass migration this city has ever seen and the local media refuse to even acknowledge that it is happening, this is all being actioned so quickly, it has clearly been planned well in advance most likely before Reform can come to power.
The same thing is happening across all regions of Liverpool, the people of Liverpool are without voices, they are reduced to complaining to each other as our valid & logical concerns are simply ignored, we have no recourse, nobody standing up for us, nobody calling this out, Labour were once a political party that worked for the interests of the working class but now they are for the destruction of the working class.
I am sure that there will be some people in Liverpool that will not mind these changes, but the majority are very unhappy with this situation, Liverpool has always been a welcoming city for migrants but the citizens of Liverpool never wanted to be completely overwhelmed by migrants, we never asked to be erased, we never wanted to lose our identity entirely.
What gives Liverpool city council the right to forcefully impose these measures on the citizens of Liverpool with no consultation whatsoever, these are major and irreversible changes which need to be considered democratically, these citizens of Liverpool deserve a vote on this.
Women & children have been raped and attacked relentlessly since these measures have been adopted, offcourse not all of the new arrivals are responsible but it cannot be denied that Liverpool is now much more dangerous for women & children, to forcefully impose the will of the state upon its citizens is fascism.
