So let me make this simple I never did this for clout. Ever If I wanted numbers, I’d play the game. I’d say what’s safe. I’d ride trends. I’d smooth my edges and feed people comfort That’s easy But comfort doesn’t wake anyone up For years, nobody wanted to hear it. It was easier to call it crazy than to question their own habits. Easier to laugh than to look inward. Easier to defend the script than admit maybe… just maybe… the script is flawed And I kept talking anyway Not because it paid Not because it boosted Not because it impressed Because it mattered And yeah, I’m not dumb. I know big accounts watch. I know some of you follow quietly I see it But that’s not what moves me What moves me is my inbox The messages that say, “You helped me think differently” “You helped me breathe when I couldn’t” “You helped me not make a decision I would’ve regretted forever” That’s real That’s proof That feeling? That beats any payout this app could ever give me We’re not built the same Some of you chase relevance Some of you chase validation Some of you chase applause so you don’t have to face yourselves I chase impact And yeah, maybe I ramble. Maybe I go long. Maybe I don’t package everything into neat little 15-second dopamine clips But there’s a reason Time is moving. Fast 2030 is four years away. That’s not some distant future. That’s around the corner. The world is shifting. Systems are tightening. Pressure is rising. Attention spans are collapsing You can feel it We’re in a pressure cooker. And pressure reveals structure Some of you are cracking Some of you are refining That’s life. That’s this platform. Same pattern And for the ones who genuinely hate how my mind works relax This isn’t a competition. It isn’t personal You don’t have to agree with me. You don’t have to like my delivery. Not because I’m special. Because time exposes everything So yeah, maybe I’m rambling But let me know when your numbers changed someone’s life Let me know when your reach stopped someone from making a permanent mistake Let me know when your impressions meant more than just impressions Until then? It is the Medicare Advantage Plans that are allowing this fraud, no oversight. I'm on SSDI and receive Medicare, I got this text today. 🤔 @nickshirleyy

@WallStreetApes Sounds like Medicare Advantage companies are not doing due diligence on their part. Most elderly, I think, are on these Advantage plans as opposed to straight Medicare.

WOAH 🚨 Nick Shirley’s mom is in California investigating Hospice fraud too and she says the people scamming old people out of their Medicare numbers are getting paid $300 PER MEDICARE NUMBER they get Brooker Tee Jones says “Fraudsters are targeting elderly people as they're walking outta grocery stores or they're calling them on the phone, asking them if they would like to receive a free wheelchair or a walker or perhaps some free groceries. If the elderly people agree to this, sign up, sign their signature, and give these fraudsters their medical number, boom. The fraudsters have their number —They're getting paid around $300 per signature. The people don't even know they're on hospice until they need some type of surgery, and then the doctor says, wait, you can't get this surgery because you're on hospice”

My friend is going through this poisonous treatment. $14,000 for a short infusion more for a longer duration. The center holds 100. People are constantly coming and going. 💯 money driven. It's absolutely sickening.
