Found Successively Across Jeonnam, Beyond Incheon Significant repercussions are being caused as instances of identical vote counts for candidates across different regions have been confirmed not only in Incheon but also throughout the country during the early voting results of the 9th National Simultaneous Local Elections. In particular, as identical figures are repeatedly found even between geographically distant regions, some voters are reacting by saying that it is “difficult to view this as a mere coincidence.”  Specifically , in Ha-ui-myeon, Sinan-gun, South Jeolla Province, and Samil-dong, Yeosu-si, the vote counts for the two regions matched exactly, with Democratic Party candidate Min Hyung-bae receiving 506 votes and People Power Party candidate Lee Jung-hyun receiving 42 votes . An unusual phenomenon occurred where the early voting results for each candidate matched in two regions with different administrative districts.  This phenomenon has been found in as many as four locations in the Jeonnam region alone.  In Eomda-myeon, Hampyeong-gun and Bukha-myeon, Jangseong-gun, the same result was obtained with Candidate Min Hyeong-bae receiving 606 votes and Candidate Lee Jeong-hyeon receiving 57 votes Songjeong 1-dong in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, and Geumsan-myeon in Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do, also recorded the exact same number of votes, with Candidate Min Hyeong-bae receiving 1,401 votes and Candidate Lee Jeong-hyeon receiving 120 votes.
