Europe would have ceased to have existed if it weren't for the US and said defense agreements, and now all we get are arrogant Europeans who shit on their protectors.

@FredFellaIMO While I still believe NATO and the defense of Europe is an overall good thing, it is an extremely one sided deal if you look at it from the American point of view. NATO members receive US defense guarantees while the US, what, gets spat in the face and mocked by European leaders?

President Trump is right to strongly consider leaving NATO.
I support the President’s constitutional authority under Article II to withdraw from any treaty — including NATO — without needing Senate approval. Congress tried to block that with the 2023 Kaine-Rubio provision in the NDAA, but the Constitution grants the executive power to the president.

Europe begged America to help it out by investing massively in the Ukraine war but now says the Iran war and open seas are not Europe’s problem. This is why U.S. involvement in NATO will be downgraded. Very short-sighted of Europe.
